The two founders and directors of HCR are not investment bankers who occasionally concentrate on the rural hospital market. Instead, they are rural health care specialists that are bringing the capital market to smaller hospitals. Combined, they have over 60 years experience with managing, owning, and consulting with rural hospitals.

During their careers, the founders of HCR have worked with hundreds of smaller hospital boards and management in a variety of projects, including hospital construction projects, debt capacity studies, feasibility studies, revenue enhancement projects, alternative services, strategic planning, board development, financial reporting and cash improvement projects. Together they have provided services to over 800 health care providers in 40 states.

HCR directors have assisted numerous rural hospitals convert to CAH status and/or convert their clinics to RHC status to better enable them to secure the debt for replacement or expansion and better develop the capacity to repay the debt.

After successfully financing your replacement facility or the substantial enhancement of your current facility, we stay on the job! We monitor your progress, your financial results, and keep you informed of relevant government regulations, including HUD, USDA and Medicare.
