Alternative Capital Analysis

As part of the investigative phase of our engagement, we offer various alternative capital scenarios. This could include private fundraising, government grants, government direct loans or loan guarantees, private financing, either with local banks, national banks, underwriting companies, taxable bonds and tax-exempt debt. Our analysis will include the advantages and disadvantages of the various alternatives, including estimated initial costs and ongoing costs. We will break out the costs as to those that are funded by the facility, and those that will be funded by the debt.
