Feasibility Studies

As in the selection of the architect and the contractor, it is imperative the hospital also select a firm skilled in preparing feasibility studies for potential lenders and guarantors. Most all lenders and guarantors will require a formal feasibility study completed by either a recognized health care consulting firm or a CPA firm. In some instances such a study could be a "compiled forecast", and in other instances an “examined forecast” will be required. We will not only assist the hospital in determining what level of service is required, but which companies would best meet the needs of the hospital and the lenders/guarantors.
