Once a general financing plan is approved, we contact various national and/or local lenders to discuss the project and their interest. This also includes contacting governmental agencies regarding the various loan and or guarantee programs within their state and community. For HUD guarantee loan program, we make preliminary application to our sponsor (PNC Capital) to determine requirements and conditions to secure the private financing.
