Once a project has been defined within acceptable financial parameters, we then contact the most appropriate lenders in the country that are best suited for the project. This could include national and regional banks and underwriters, governmental agencies, and private institutions. The actual financing may be tax exempt revenue bonds, bank qualified financing (beginning in 2009 individual project limits has been increased to $30 million), government enhanced programs like USDA and HUD, or the newly created Build America Bonds. We assist with preparing application, loan packets, site visits, and lender negotiations.
