Submission of Applications

As an approved (application pending) HUD loan correspondent, we can and will submit the pre-application documents, participate in the HUD site visits, and coordinate the submission of the application. At the same time, we submit the necessary documents to our sponsor to secure the financing that would accompany the HUD guarantee.

For USDA applications, we coordinate the submission of the application and the documents, participate in the presentation of the project to the various parties, meet with local and state-wide USDA representatives as needed, and if a guarantee, coordinate the preparation of the application for the funding with the private sector.
