Atoka Memorial Hospital, Atoka, Oklahoma
We were retained by Atoka Memorial Hospital in November 2005 to assist them with securing financing for a replacement hospital.  They had previously had a facility assessment completed by an architectural firm, which study indicated it would be cost prohibitive to renovate the existing structure.  In addition, the existing facility did not have sufficient land to properly expand at their current location.

Doctors Memorial Hospital, Bonifay, Florida
We assisted this Florida Critical Access Hospital, at the time one of only 8 in the state, with developing a plan for replacement of this very outdated facility.

We were retained in 2005 to assist this critical access hospital in helping them with planning for either replacing their existing facility, or renovating and adding on at their current site.

Drumright Municipal Hospital, Drumright, Oklahoma
The original hospital in Drumright was built over 40 years ago with Hill-Burton funds. I In the mid 1990’s, the board had leased the hospital to a large, urban hospital system, which then closed the hospital in 2001, in a large part due to the physical condition of the old hospital.

Iron County Hospital, Ironton, Missouri
We assisted this county in financing a new, 36,000 square foot, 15 bed critical access hospital, that will be located in Ironton, Missouri. It had been many years since the county had an acute care hospital and their residents were forced to travel upwards of 40 minutes to the nearest hospital.

I-70 Medical Center, Sweet Springs, Missouri
This rural hospital was closed in 1991 due to declining business, deteriorating physical plant, and worsening financial condition. In 2002 we were engaged by the Economic Revitalization Committee of Sweet Springs to assist them in resurrection of a new hospital.
